Polish Peasant Ordering Form

To place an order, please print out the form below and total the dollar amount of your purchase, then add as follows for shipping:
IF your order contains at least one pewter plate, bowl, or drinking vessel, s/h for your ENTIRE order is $6.00.
IF your order contains no pewter, s/h for your ENTIRE order is $4.00.
Once you are ready, please send a check or money order with the form to:

Orders will be sent via either U.S. Mail or U.P.S. Please allow an average of 4-6 weeks for delivery, though many orders are shipped in a shorter amount of time.
We are not equipped to accept credit cards over the web, nor are we equipped to do overseas orders except to U.S. military APO boxes and the like.
